"The Brick Place"

Located in Shakopee's Historical center of town this building started out as the first movie theatre in Shakopee, it has hosted different shops throughout its life and has recently been apartment rentals. Now we are making our dream a reality for all to enjoy.  We want everyone who is limited with space in their homes, townhomes or apartments to be able to enjoy their families and friends all together in a setting that is comforable, spacious and condusive to a variety of entertainment and activity.  ​
We hope you are able to enjoy all the comforts of home while you stay and partake in the space and the variety of life that exists in our downtown area. Drink in our local coffee shop and bakery in the early morning hours, savor the restuarants nearby, fancy the clothing stores all with-in blocks of your stay.  For cyclists we even have a bicycle shop with-in a block of our location.
